We all know how hard it is to find a great apartment in New York. Rather than pay a broker, I'll pay you $5,000 if you lead me to one.

What I'm looking for in an apartment

  • Studio or one bedroom below 23rd street

  • Less than $3k/month

  • Lots of light

  • Old school charm/classic building

  • Ideally, rent controlled or rent stabilized

  • Ideally, on a street rather than avenue

It could be your apartment, a friend's, or just a nice spot in your building. If I wind up renting it, I'll pay you that $5k reward. Just to be totally clear, I can only pay you the money if I actually get the apartment and wind up living in it.
